Coastal Style Guarantee: We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Most unworn, unwashed items with original tags can be returned—except swimwear (for hygiene reasons) and customized sporting goods.

Easy Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Step 2: Package Your Items

Securely pack your return in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and labels. For footwear like loafers or sneakers, please include the original shoe box.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Send your package to our Jacksonville warehouse:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

Exchange Requests

Non-Returnable Items
