The ankle opening was tight which made them difficult to get on and resulted in the finger pull tearing out of its stitching. I’ve returned them for a full refund.

These boots are exactly what I was looking for. They are comfortable, dressy enough for work and casual enough for every day. I wanted a boot to cover my ankles for the winter months, but didn’t want a hiking boot to wear to work (office) every day. These fit that bill. I have high arches anyway, so I really can’t feel any support and that’s ok. They fit nicely. I would suggest when putting them on to slip your foot in while pressing your foot to the floor and use the pull tab as a guide to open the boot, rather than to pull them on, as another reviewer mentioned. I have had no issue with the pull tab and have worn the boots for almost 3 months now. I would definitely buy them again.

wide size boots narrower than expected. however the new sole insert is great and the beefier leather tab seems to be much better made than on older styles.

Love the Otis II shoes. Liked the brown ones so much I got the tan suede and black ones too. Very sharp looking and comfortable. Could use a little more padding in the heel area, but overall great. And I’ve got lots of compliments on them.
