I have worn the same brand, type and size shoe (10.5 W) for years. This pair turned out to be large enough that my heels came out every time I lifted my foot off the ground.

The leather upper is much more durable than the alternatives. I am 160lbs and work as a full time server. This upper has lasted a year without issue, but realistically these shoes paired with max cushion Nike dry fit socks last me 6 months on concrete floors until the cushioning is no longer adequate for a 10 hour shift. This is exactly what I expect to get out of any work footwear I wear.

The fit was perfect and no break in was needed. I have a pair I bought for my wedding 5 years ago and I wear them almost daily. They don’t look new anymore which is why I didn’t look any further for new. I love them!

The fit for me was a bit tight, I really needed a 3X instead of 2X but the over shoe is nice. Unfortunate you do not have the 3 x available..
